ifame spacing problem

Hello, I need help!
Please go to “http://www.speedprint.biz/indexLM.html“.

I cannot make this page looked same for both IE and Firefox. IE has a 1-2px space from the top and left, and of course it’s clear that looking it with Firefox is mess.

I tried changing table width, etc, etc, but nothing seems to work to make it compatible for both browsers..

Any suggestions?
Thank you!

Forgive me for multiple posting.
By the way, thank you for solving that unwanted horizontal bar problem who ever posted for everyone!
