Decision Making Forms

Dear All,

I have a form where one of the questions (Question 5) has radio buttons requesting either a Yes/No answer. The tricky bit is that how the user progresses with the form is dependent upon their answer to this question.

If the user answers Yes they should progress onto the next question, (Question 6) which again is a radio button question.

If the user answers No then the user does not need to answer the following question and should then be taken to Question 7 (the last question on the form).

I want to ensure that all questions have an answer dependent upon the answer that is given in Question 5..

Does anyone know how to do this?
