Moving distance quote calculator

Hi there, I have an auto transport website and I am trying to automate the cost estimation process. I already have all the data I need. I need the customer to enter from a scroll down menu ” x city to y city ” I will then need to provide a quote after they submit, – “x city to y city = z price.” I am not familiar with java script so a cut and paste solution would be nice if it’s possible.

Thank you,

@CharlesJun 01.2003 — And you should let us know what sort of server side scripting you have available. From what I've read, Canada has some rather good accessibility laws and if you do this with JavaScript you could get yourself in trouble. And even if you don't, it's just plain cruel to make your page inaccessible to people with disabilities.
