Iframe Modification

I was wondering if there was a way to make a iframe, or frame for that matter, scroll to a certain point on the page being framed. I dont want to see the whole page when the frame opens, just a small part of it. For example, is there a way to tell the frame to scroll to an anchor ( <a name=”iframeplace”> ) or something of the sort? Thanks!

[code=html]<iframe src="file.html#xxx"></iframe>

it will work.
