Set up Win 2000 web server inhouse

Hello,
I would like to set up a Win 2000 adv server with my own domain name and host it inhouse. (IIS Server) I have two static IPs from my ISP and two DNS servers, and they gave me a domain name (mpowercom.net). My domain name is, let’s say joeshmoe.com. I set up the active directory but I’m stumped on the ns1 and ns2 nameservers, who do I get this info from or how does someone from the outside world get to my ip? And how do I set up zone files? I know I have to go to my registrar and set up DNS, but wherever I go and check a website whois, they all have something like NS1 or NS2 or NS3….do I need that or can I just use my DNS server settings from my ISP? What do I need to insert in that nameserver box when I make the change with my registrar? Is this a service I would have to pay? Thanks!!! I would appreciate any help….

@NevermoreMay 28.2003 — You need to talk to your ISP, they are the only people who can tell you what your nameservers are.
