Adding Numeric Fields with Formula Pricing

Anyone know how to tackle this one…

I’ve got a client who wants to have a form add up only numeric values in up to 10 different fields across with the total number quantity at the end. There are 7 rows down like this and needs to have a a “Grand Total” of all Totals at the bottom.

Here is the catch, if the “Grand Total” lands on a number between 1-9 a set $price should appear in the “Price” field. There are 7 sets of numeric ranges.

I’ve got all this in an Excel file with formulas for the pricing but don’t know how to convert it over to the web. Zipped xls file is attached. Any help would be great!
