Google Blacklist?

How does google Blacklist websites that produce spam?

Reason I ask is that we have a large email list of potential customers, who we email only once to offer a free service in which we believe they would be interested in.

Though most people appreciate this I dare say every now and then someone could mark it as Spam… when/how does this get back to Google?

@coding2006Apr 05.2006 — #people report you to google directly. if this is an opt-in list you should have this problem. make sure your emails contain an opt-out feature.
