[RESOLVED] Need help getting my javascript to pop-up

Ok, I made this javascript entry form(contest1.html), and I need to pop-up when someone goes to my home-page.

I need it to pop-up in the screen so that it’s just big enough to fit the text and submit areas.

Does anyone know how to do this? I’d really appreciate it.

-Add the code necessary to your welcome page (home page) so that the contest window automatically opens whenever the user clicks on that page.

-The page should open in a window just small enough to allow all form components to be visible.

-There should be no toolbars, directories, location bar, etc...

Do you think he means to LINK it to my home page? So that when I click on it, it pops up like that?
