I wanted to make that which force user to enter correct date and if he/she under the 18 then it alerts you are under 18. please give me the code in which i enter date in a single text box and please give me the code in which we enter date in that format MM/DD/YY

2. People here aren't really into "giving" out free code. If you make at least an attempt at coding what you need, people will happily steer you in the right direction, answer any questions you might have, or help correct any mistakes you may have made along the way, but don't expect anyone to do all the work and just turn over finished code unless they're getting paid for it.
3. Doing this in Javascript would require using the date on the user's PC. As a result, you have no control over that date, and no idea whether or not it is correct. If I enter my birthdate, but for some reason my system calendar is set to 1980, such a script would return that I was under 18, when I'm really almost 30. This may or may not be a concern, depending on what you plan to use such a script for, but it's definitely something to consider...
