cut background by another definition in FF

i believe this is last thing that i see wrong in FF on my site

i can’t see why FF cut bottom of background from title menu on item “Doplnkové informácie”

you can see on item “Neviete si rady ?” how it should look fine

it’s cut only in FF, it causes this definition
<fieldset class=”fleft”>

is there any parameter that should fix it ?
