CSS Navi spanning size different

Hi, Im not sure if this should go to css section or html, but I have a site im working on and on some pages the navigation is fine and spanned correctly here: [url]http://www.articlesoncancer.com/articles/skin-cancer/sunburn-uv-overexposure.php[/url]
and also here [url]http://www.articlesoncancer.com/linkus.php[/url]

but on these category pages:
[url]http://www.articlesoncancer.com/articles/Lung-Cancer.php[/url]
or here [url]http://www.articlesoncancer.com/articles/Prostate-Cancer.php[/url]

notice how the navigation is smaller on the left, especially in recentl articles it makes it go to a new line. I tried so many things but I am just not sure what to do anymore. Would this be a css issue or a html issue? Please help. Thanks – Alexander

@asedesignsauthorMar 24.2006 — I fixed the table issues and the missing td and tr tags but its still doing the same thing. So if anyone knows what could be the problem let me know. Again take a look at http://www.articlesoncancer.com/articles/Ovarian-Cancer.php the left navi is smaller than http://www.articlesoncancer.com/articles/skin-cancer/melanin-aging-skin.php or the other pages and im using php includes so i dont know why its causing that.
