Form Issues..

While I’ve worked with java several times before, I’ve never actually used a form in a website before. I have everything working fine, though I’m wanting the person who fills the form out to be able to click submit and have the info go directly to my work email. What script would I use for it to do that? I can’t seem to find any form script that has that function.
