Issue with npm create astro@latest setting incorrect version

Tried to install Astro using npm create astro@latest. But, it sets the version to ^3.2.3 inside the package.json file, while the latest npm version available is 3.2.2. This causes an error when running npm install due to no matching version. Is this a known issue?
