How do I clone a model including the relationships in Laravel?

I’d like to create a clone of a model that I already have stored in the database, modify a couple of fields and then to be able to store that model with all of the relationships attached to it. Is there a way to do this?

One way of achieving this is by using a package that does this for you, for example, a good one I've used is: bkwld/cloner, but if you do not want to use this library, I think that you would have to manually iterate over each relationship and perform this in a manual way.
