Marquee height not matching div height

I have a marquee in a div but it’s height is set to a certain level. So when I changed the height of the div to match my other div next to it, the marquee didn’t change it’s height. So all my text takes longer to reappear after going to the top and my text that isn’t in the marquee isn’t seen at all. How can I fix this?

actually they should have never been used in the first place; damn m$
