[RESOLVED] Client bought Redirect Domain Name?

Alright, I’m relatively new to this and my education wasn’t exactly throughough. Therefore, I’m a pretty smart cookie and can usually figure out what I don’t know. I have this client I’m doing a website for (yay!) and I have a problem:

I’ve only ever hosted websites on biz.nf and am comfortable with that, but willing to learn and understand new methods.
She tells me this morning she bought a domain name last night, but it’s a redirect domain name. She got it from a website called Network Solutions.
Here’s my problem — I cannot figure out for the life of me what I’m supposed to do with that?! Do I need to host the website somehwere else and simply link her redirect to it? If so, why? What’s the purpose of a redirect URL? And why for goodness sakes did she buy it!?
