Computer Monitor History / Facts

Hey guys, I have to do a power-point presentation on computer monitors:
- purpose
- discussion of history
- latest applications
- up-to date info on costs, functions etc

I was wondering if anybody would happen to know some useful links to appropriate material that would help me gather enough information for the presentation to be about 20 slides.
