It's not shareware and it's not PhotoShop, so what is it?
Once you've been developing Web sites for a while, you find yourself using graphics programs whether you're a graphic designer or not. You may have tried some of the shareware products which are available, or you may be considering a purchase of Adobe PhotoShop, the industry standard. Before you grab your wallet, you may want to read the WebDeveloper.com review of PhotoImpact4.
Ulead Systems bills PhotoImpact4 as "the Ultimate Imaging Solution...on or off the Web." The tool includes a GIF animator, an image optimizer called "SmartSaver," a button maker, background maker, and many other tools for creating Web images. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
